it’s a dry heat..

it rained last night… spectacular shows of lighting and soothing drops of rain (yes soothing, when it only rains 5% of the time.. rain is like your mother’s touch during the summer..)

that’s the good news..

today it was humid.  how humid?  well, take a look at these….

this is 45 minutes of running with the dog and a jogging stroller (affectionately called, “Margot’s Carriage” you know she is the Olesen Princess) @ 8:30 in the morning… crazy?.. yes, yes i am.
